All orders come cut, wrapped & frozen.

- $6/lb for a side of beef = approx. $960.00 for 160 lbs
Quarters:
- $6.25/lb for a quarter of beef = approx. $500.00 for 80 lbs
Freezer Packs:
- $6.50 / lb for a freezer pack = approx. $195.00 for approx 30 lbs
Additional Options Available:
- Extra lean ground beef (also available in prewrapped hamburger patties by special request) @ $4.75 / lb (25 lb min)
- Heart, liver, kidney @ $3 / lb
